Spicy Jawn $11

Cazadores Blanco and fresh lime juice with housemade chili-pomegranate syrup and a splash of grapefruit.

Rum to the Hills $10

Manatawny rum, ginger simple syrup, grapefruit juice, and Luxardo maraschino liqueur, top with club soda. We’ll stick around actually!

Goodbye Horse Feathers $10

Wigle whiskey from Pittsburgh, ginger beer and a healthy dash of Angostura bitters. Horse feathers is a more polite way of saying horse shit, which this place was probably full of 100 years ago.

Jungle Bird $12

Gosling’s Black Seal rum, Campari, fresh lime juice, and pineapple. Tropical and bittersweet, like reading Charlotte’s Web on some faraway beach.

Bee’s Elbow $10

Bluecoat Gin and Barenjager honey liqueur with fresh lemon juice. Now, to take the ferry cost a nickel, and in those days, nickels had pictures of bumblebees on ’em. “Gimme five bees for a quarter,” you’d say. Now where were we? Oh yeah. The important thing was that I had an onion on my belt, which was the style at the time…

Stateside & Tonic $10

Philadelphia’s own Stateside vodka with New Jersey’s TomR’s tonic, a quinine elixir made with real cinchona bark and cane sugar.
